Azar conducted numerous training courses and seminars for lawyers, prosecutors, law clerks, and judges.

He is one of only 40 trainers in Azerbaijan who are certified by the European Union and the Council of Europe for lawyers, prosecutors, and judges. He is one of the 61 Certified Tutors on the Council of Europe HELP online platform. As a Trainer and HELP Tutor, he led numerous in-person and online training courses for prosecutors, judges, law clerks, and members of the Azerbaijani Bar Association.
